I’m Jade-Anne — a big thinker with a messy mind, a big heart, and over 20 years’ experience supporting people with their wellbeing, mindset, confidence, and personal growth.
I make the world a better place for people that find it hard to fit into systems that were never designed to work for them but often against them.
I’m a qualified life coach, experienced trainer and workshop facilitator. I'm a wellbeing and Mental Health advocate and i've been lucky enough to challenge stero-typical/ traditional systems to help better support people who don't quite fit the rigid mold. I love a good fight for justice and i care deeply about peoples relationship with themselves.
I've worked front line supporting people with various challenges and conditions, right the way up to being a director, supporing people with lived experience, of neurodivergence and chronic ill health, to develop skills and build confidence to deliver training.
My approach is honest, human, and person-centred. I believe many people don’t need “fixing” — they need understanding, practical support, safer spaces, and ways of living that actually work for them. I blend real-life strategy with nervous system awareness, mindset work, body doubling (coming together with their people to inspire motivation to take action), holistic wellbeing approaches, and a healthy dose of compassion, humour, and realism.
